Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Final sale / clearance products
  • Personalized/custom items

Exchanges

If you received:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged item
  • Defective item

We will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is our error.
